Sentro, the group insurance platform for a connected world, today announced that Delta Insurance Singapore have selected Sentro to power their new group insurance proposition.
Personal cyber-insurance - Asian ambition
Delta Insurance Singapore are launching a group Personal Cyberinsurance proposition called PerCy into the wider Asian market from their base in Singapore, says Delta Group Chairman and Managing Director Ian Pollard.
Pollard says PerCy, which offers protection for individuals against cyber-risks such as ransomware and data loss, is also available in Singapore and the wider Asian market through Delta’s Singapore office, after launching in the New Zealand market earlier this year.
Delta Insurance Singapore use Sentro's Hub capability to create products and plans, issue and administer policies, and onboard new customers. They also use Sentro's Engage portal capability to offer a digital dashboard for their customers. The Delta-branded customer portal lets customers see their insurance information, update their details, and access the DynaRisk cyber-risk assessment product.
International growth for Sentro
Sentro co-founder Hans Frauenlob said "We are thrilled to announce Delta Insurance Singapore as our first Singaporean customer. We love working with the Delta team. They have ambition to provide their product across the wider Asian region. Our cloud-native Microsoft Azure solution lets the Delta team easily take their new product into multiple markets in Asia".
"We like to say that using Sentro gives our customers an unfair advantage over their competition. We've helped Delta Singapore get to market quickly, and we are ready to help them tackle new business across the region" said Frauenlob. "We look forward to working with other group insurers in the APAC region as they move to fully digital business operations and customer service".
Launched in 2019, Sentro have a pipeline of over 100 opportunities in multiple markets including North America, APAC, and the UK and EU.
Fully digital operations for Group Insurers
Sentro lets group insurers establish fully-digital end-to-end business operations - from back-office administration, through their sales and distribution partners, to their business customers and their people. Sentro is the only solution on the market specifically designed for fully-digital, end-to-end group insurance operations.
Insurers have already been trending to more online operations, and less form and paper-based processing. The global pandemic has only accelerated this trend, as online service models become essential to doing business.
Sentro Hub provides the back office engine for group insurers. They can create and rate insurance products and group plans, quote, bind and issue policies, and operate complex group billing arrangements.
Sentro Connect gives the insurer tools for their selling and distribution partners. For brokers, Connect provides quotation, document sharing and customer administration capability. For service providers, Connect enables them to create and publish offers which are available to employees using Engage portals.
Sentro Engage lets insurers offer brandable self-service employee portals. Portal user experiences can be configured to be different for broker groups or individual customers using Sentro's Portal Theming capability.
Sentro is platformed on Microsoft Azure for global reach, scalability and security. Every business function in Sentro can be access via RESTful API endpoints, giving Sentro customer and deployment partners unbeatable integration options.
Sentro is a SaaS solution, available in most markets worldwide.
